Phase 1: Transition Kickoff – Getting Started
Welcome to the first phase of your transition to Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS)! Here’s what to focus on during this critical step to ensure a smooth start:
1. Sign Your Job Offer Letter:
- Review, sign, and return your job offer as soon as possible. If you have not received your offer or need assistance, please contact HR.
Your Job Details:
- Good news! Your job site, job title, and responsibilities will remain the same as before.
- Any changes in benefits or policies have been communicated during your one-on-one meetings or through your job offer letter.
2. Complete Paylocity Registration:
- Set up your account in Paylocity to ensure your payroll and personal information are up to date. Instructions were included in your welcome email from Paylocity, but let HR know if you need assistance.
3. Schedule Your One-on-One Meeting (If Not Already Completed):
- Meet with HR to review your job details, benefits, and any questions you may have about the transition. Reach out to hr@therapypartnersolutions.com to schedule your meeting if needed.
Phase 2: Benefits Enrollment – Next Steps
Now that the initial steps are complete, it’s time to focus on enrolling in your benefits! Here’s what to focus on during Phase 2:
1. Watch for an email from Employee Navigator:
- You will soon receive an email from Employee Navigator with instructions to enroll in your benefits. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) regularly.
2. Complete Your Benefits Enrollment:
- Once you receive the email, follow the instructions to select your benefits. It’s important to complete this process promptly to ensure your coverage starts without delay.
401(k) Transition Update: The process of transitioning your 401(k) plan to TPS will begin at the end of February. Additional details, including instructions for rolling over your current plan or enrolling in the TPS 401(k), will be shared closer to that time. If you have immediate questions, please contact HR.

- Current Coverage: Your existing medical benefits with Luminis will continue through February 28, 2025.
